All of our nurses are experienced in their field to further provide our patients with the utmost in quality allergy and asthma care. Idaho Allergy works in tandem with our adjoining research facility, Idaho Research, to provide our patients with the latest advances in allergy and asthma care. 

We are the only allergy practice in Idaho to offer aspirin desensitization and, most recently, food desensitization for those with peanut, tree nut, milk, egg, and soy allergies. Idaho Allergy and Idaho Research offer a full line of services for all of your allergy, asthma, and sinus needs.

Stephen Fritz, M.D., is a board certified allergist and dedicated asthma physician. Dr. Fritz graduated from Vanderbilt University’s Internal Medicine program in 1996. After serving as a primary care physician in the Air Force, Dr. Fritz completed his Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the University of Michigan in 2002. A diplomat of the American Board of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, he has extensive experience with adult and pediatric patients.

Jenny Stear, PA-C

Jenny graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor in Health Science in 2006. She spent time in research and as an Emergency Department technician before obtaining her Masters. She graduated from the Duke University Physician Assistant program in 2010. She worked in Orthopedics prior to joining Idaho Allergy in April of 2016. Jenny is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and American Academy of PAs in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

After five years as a practicing allergy and asthma specialist in Montana, Dr. Fritz opened Idaho Allergy in 2008. Dr. Fritz has been in charge of many research studies related to his specialty, and utilizes this knowledge to the benefit of his allergy, asthma, and COPD patients. Dr. Fritz has also published multiple articles in the top two journals in his specialty and has authored a chapter in an allergy textbook used worldwide by physicians.

Courtney Flynn graduated from Johns Hopkins School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004. She spent four years working as an inpatient pediatric nurse prior to joining Idaho Allergy in 2008. Courtney worked as a Registered Nurse for Idaho Allergy while completing her Master’s as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Idaho State University in 2010. Courtney is an associate member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
